Pearlene

Click for Pearlene's website!
It's been a while since a Rock track hit me quite so hard as this one did when I heard it for the first time earlier this week. Lot's of classic influences being drawn on but a sound that comes out as very much their own. I am going to be downloading more from these guys at eMusic and I will be featuring them at my own Blog in the future , I just couldn't wait to share this one, it is that good as far I'm concerned, hope some of you think so to !

Yaadon Ki Baarat-Lekar Hum-Neetu Singh

I just love 60's and 70's Indian films, nowadays you can get them on dvd (even the old ones) at your local indian supermaket for as little as 5 Euro (and with subs)! Where's the time I had to beg friends who went to India to bring me a suitcase full...

Duniya Main Logo Ko from the film Apna Desh

More indian musical madness! One of my favorites...WILD! :)

Billy & The King Bees - Bango

This is an instrumental from the
Stax-Volt Singles collection.
Nothing is known about this group
from all that I can find out.
Great song for the Heat spell in the states,
or in your neck of the woods.

go Lolita go

A swinging version of the Nelson Riddle classic, 'Lolita Ya-Ya'.

Kim & Co - Lolita Ya-Ya
