There's music that I listen to and collect today that had I known this would happen 10 or 20 years earlier, I'd have promptly sat down and said to myself: "Now look amigo..."

Because I hated any combination of rock, jazz, and funk. And I considered the 70s the worst ever decade in music.

But things change. And I never had that conversation with myself. And "Zansibar" develops into some great grooving (I especially like the midpart).

Still to this day, this is the only song I listen to, after all this time.
There was so much music back then, both good and bad, but musically, Maurice White and the group were quite good.
