Tommy James and the Shondells track (thanks, G!) as covered by Tiffany, and others - this one's in Japanese, by Serbian-American-British Lene, who had a hit in the UK in the 70s with the squeak-tastic Lucky Number. Which you can watch on video here, and very silly it is, too.

Actually, I Think we're alone Now was originally done by Tommy James & The Shondells.
Silly me, of course. This is what happens when you post too fast late at night.:) A quick Google just turned up here's a link to the fabulous original, and a nice Pipettes cover, too.
Pretty fun version,me thinks I like! :)
